小白问题：导入已有项目，运行composer install后，报错“The only supported ciphers are AES-128-CBC and AES-256-CBC with the correct key lengths.”。

网上查了一下，都说到项目根目录下，运行“php artisan key:generate” 就可以了。 但运行这个命令时，还是报“The only supported ciphers are AES-128-CBC and AES-256-CBC with the correct key lengths.”。

好像不管跑哪个命令都还是报这个错，不知道哪里设置错了？ 请指教啊~

十分感谢回答。 我试了里面的方法， 改app.php 或者 各种命令比如“php artisan key:generate php artisan config:clear php artisan config:cache” “composer update” 都不行。 只要打入无论什么命令，执行都会报The only supported ciphers are AES-128-CBC and AES-256-CBC with the correct key lengths.”

但laravel new 或者 composer create-project laravel/laravel 新建的项目，都没问题。 执行“php artisan key:generate“ 也是可以的。 照理说环境应该没问题吧，难道工程里会有什么问题？
